In my dream, I was walking in a forest, and the sun shone on me through the pine branches and leaves, making me feel refreshed. I saw some pine cones falling on the ground. I picked them up and planned to take them home to try. But before I walked out of the woods, I heard a scream. It turned out to be an old woman shouting loudly. I quickly ran over and found that the pine cones were gone, leaving only a pile of pine needles scattered on the ground. The old lady told me that two children ran past here just now, probably stealing pine cones. I was shocked. It turned out that someone else had picked up the pine cones I just picked up. I felt a little unhappy, but after all, it was just some pine cones, so I said goodbye to the old lady and returned home without saying anything.
This dream is a bit strange, because I don’t really care about pine cones, but I had this dream. I think this dream may represent some of my recent experiences, which made me feel wronged and that my things were taken away by others.
Actually, I don’t like competing with others, nor do I like to argue with others about gains and losses, but recently I have been forced into such a situation. At work, there is a colleague who always finds fault with me, steals my honor, and tries to drive a wedge between me and another colleague in front of the boss. I didn't pay attention at first, but as time went by, I began to have various questions, thinking about what on earth she wanted to do? Did she intentionally attack me personally? These questions made me impatient and nervous.
The worry caused me to suffer from insomnia for several nights, and sometimes I was still unable to fall asleep at three or four o'clock in the morning. I clearly knew that this dream reflected my deepest psychology. My self-esteem and self-confidence were threatened, and I felt that I had been violated by others. Just like the dream in which I picked up pine cones and had them stolen, this is how I felt.
By chance, I met a teacher. After listening to my narration, she enlightened me and said, don’t have too high demands on yourself as a person. Some people in the world just like to be tit-for-tat with others. Don’t get entangled and compromise in everything. Be a good person and do more good deeds. Be kinder, more patient, and more generous than others. Maybe, instead of exposing other people's shortcomings, it's better to look at the other person's strengths. Everyone has their own strengths and advantages. Maybe she can help you complete some tasks, and you need to treat her with an equal and friendly attitude. After listening to the teacher's advice, I felt that my heart gradually changed. This feeling is like pine cones growing on trees. They need the moisture of sunshine and rain to become more delicious and pleasant.
So, this dream inspired me a lot. We all have our own psychological stresses and worries, but these problems are not insurmountable. Everyone should try to relax, maintain an optimistic attitude, avoid anxiety and worries, and make life full of hope, warmth and surprises.
